We aim to make our packages as sustainable as possible and will continue to look to improve. Currently we ship our packages using kraft paper tape, paper void fill and No Issue's Eco-Alliance tissue paper to avoid single-use plastic.
All NZ wide shipping is complimentary and so there will be no extra charge at checkout, other than the goods you are purchasing.
Yes, we want to make sure that you receive your package safely and therefore all packages will require a signature on delivery.
If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, a collection card will be left for you. Please read and follow the instructions written on the collection card to arrange another option to receive your package.
We kindly ask that you're able to pick it up within 10 days otherwise it will be returned to us.
Any additional delivery, admin fees incurred due to delivery refusal or multiple failed attempts from our delivery partner are your responsibility.
Once your order has dispatched from our atelier, an email with a tracking number will be sent out. You can track your order by clicking the link on the email or go into nzpost.co.nzand enter the tracking number.
If you’d like to change the delivery address or recipient, please email us email@example.com with your full name, order number and preferred delivery changes.
Deliveries may take up to 2-4 business days. However, it may take longer for rural areas or during peak holiday season.

In the rare instance where your order arrives damaged or the wrong product is sent to you, we apologise and ask you to please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and we'll do our best to help make it right. Please ensure to process the return within 30 days of receiving the product.
You'll receive either a full refund to your original payment method, exchange or credit note as well as refunding the full cost of shipping the product back once we receive the product back. We recommend a tracked shipping option for a safe returns process. We do not take any responsibility for goods that goes missing during the return delivery to us.
If the return is due to change of mind, we'll only accept the return if item is in brand new, unused, unopened, resaleable, original packaging, undamaged condition within 30 days of it being dispatched by us. You'll also need to supply the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that return shipping charges are at your expense. We recommend that a proof of postage is obtained for your return/exchange, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
We may refuse to refund if the product has been used, opened and in damaged and is no longer in an acceptable sellable condition.
If the item arrives to us in damaged, used, opened, unresaleable conditon, we may refuse to refund the product and you may choose to have the item shipped back to you at your expense.
To start the return, please email us within 30 days our receiving your package at email@example.com with your order details & proof of purchase and we'll send you a returns form to process your return and make this as easy and seamless as possible.
Please note we have a 30 days return policy and we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to ensure the return is within the time frame.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, promotions, coupon codes, gift cards, event purchases or custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) as all sales are final unless they are faulty.
